Pedagogy and Training Methodology
The team at DSBM believes in training and not teaching its students.The intellectual capital tries its level best to bring out the best in the students.The classroom environment comprises lecture by faculty members and speakers from corporate sector, presentations and case studies.Apart from classroom learning seminars,symposiums,business games,business quizzes and industrial tours are used to facilitate the training methodology.

The fraternity of DSBM adopts an evaluative approach towards its curriculum. It believes in teaching beyond curriculum. It strives to hone the managerial skills of the students and uses business games, seminars, symposiums and business quizzes as tools to achieve the desired objective. It believes in empowering the students through the process of team building. It inculcates in students the techniques required to adapt to the dynamic management scenario.
